Product Specifications and Rapid Prototyping

The Product Requirements Workshop is the recommended first step for all product development, but we also offer a more traditional process for gathering requirements from the sales and marketing teams, customers, engineers and others. We offer highly accomplished Product Management resources that can assist with the development of detailed Requirements Documents, including Use Cases, Detailed Feature lists, Test Plans, and more.

Often, the best way to specify a product is to rapidly build a sample that can be critiqued by internal staff. It’s one thing to talk about something, but it’s entirely different when a straw man is available to comment on. A rapid prototyping phase of 3-5 days is a perfect activity to follow the Requirements Workshop. Combined, in a week’s time, you can get a running start on new product development.
